• You can borrow up to 80% of the market value of your home less any mortgage balances owed. 
• The interest rate and payment amount are fixed for the time of the loan.
• The length of the contract is closed-end.
• Low-cost optional credit life, joint life and disability insurance are available.
• No application or annual fee.
• The interest rate is extremely competitive with other financial institutions.
• Closing costs on average $210.00 if no appraisal is necessary.

Used Auto Special
Rates "as low as" 5.45% for 60 months*
for all qualified members
for any 2004 or newer vehicle financed.
Also will receive $50.00 at the time of closing.
Purchases from Enterprise may also receive additional incentives as determined by them.
New Car Special *rates are 1/4% lower.
*rate is based on credit worthiness,
auto payment from NAFCU savings or checking and
credit insurance or down payment of 10% or greater.

If we refinance your mortgage and hold 1st lien position you will receive 1/2% off our 5 year term, .75% off a 10 year term, and 1.0% off a 15 year term.

* 80 % equity clause of appraised value less any liens or judgments.  Minimum cash out is $5000.00.  Existing loans do not qualify.  Under minimum add 1/2 %.

3. A Confirmation number will appear once the loan application is submitted. This will provide documentation of the information collected for your application.  Please print this confirmation for your copy.

4. You will need to provide the loan department with income verification (i.e. 1 month pay stubs, W-2 or tax return from last year, pensions, Social Security statement, if applicable). This is required for all types of loan applications submitted.

6. By submitting your application via the Internet, we can begin the loan approval process now and speed up processing the loan for you.
